By accepting your attendee badge at the event you acknowledge and where required by law consent to your personal information to be used (processed) to make the security, check-in and event capacity process more effective, seamless and efficient. Your information will be collected and processed electronically in accordance with the Citi Events Privacy Notice. Your badge may include location tracking capabilities to provide personalised insights and analytics, including the session that you plan to attend, time attending or leaving a session, and to enable real-time capacity updates to our Events team. Live session tracking is used only for event sessions and within the event space.
Use of Unapproved Recording/Note-Taking Tools
Citi requests that all event attendees refrain from the use of recording, transcription, or meeting assistant tools, whether AI-powered or not, during all meetings hosted by Citi regardless of whether a Citi representative is in attendance or not. Only company-approved recording solutions, including those from approved vendors operating under approved security protocols, are permitted.
